-room quality and hygiene was good
-toiletries and other necessities were available
-washroom were neat and clean
-food quality was good though items seems to be a bit overpriced
-hotel located on highway and a bit outside the center of the city and railway station. Connectivity options are toto and auto

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is good but expensive. Food quality was also so good but some kind of foods are so costly. As like Srilanka. Situated in NH so you can't do another activities like shopping out side roaming. Bar is overall all very good. But beers are not available. Little dissatisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful property and well maintained. The rooms are spacious... The food is awesome the hospitality and courtesy I have seen this in hotel shaan @ kharagpur. A big shout out to Chef Akram... His green Thai chicken curry with saffron rice was so yummy... Will definitely go back to relish it again...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros:Home away from home. Safe stay with family. Vehicle parking is available. The restaurant serves good quality food with pub and Disc. Rooms are full of amenities and a good supply of hot water for basin and shower. Polite staff and good service.The location is right on the NH16 highway, easy to locate.Cons:Location is very remoteCurrently, renovation going on so dust is outside, but rooms are very clean.Food is a bit expensive but compensates for quality and quantity.check-in and check-out are at 12 pm, so may have to wait for early check-ins for rooms to be available.Power outage switches of water supply in the rooms, a bit weird.Verdict:Recommended for decent stay and good food and sleep.The best option if no hotel is available in the Kharagpur city limitsIf you do not have private transport then better to avoid due to very few public travel options.Our stay was peaceful and restful.

The staff, tight from the entry point, to Front Office to Restaurant to Room Service to House Keeping, everyone of them is very courteous, considerate and helpful. I liked the way they enforce Covid Safety protocols. Well maintained & Restaurant offers excellent food, will happily recommend this to my friends.
