★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very very bad experience.reception was very rude .i was in trouble at night because of some issues and I called reception n instead of helping me they put the phone aside so I couldn't connect again.they Don't have manners.i booked hotel in wrong city because name was same Shalimar hotel n instantly call them but they refused to cancel it n took my 1700 rupees for free.kide padenge apko .hai lagegi apko mere 1600 khaye apke 16 lakh khayega koi.apko lakwa ho jayega or sare pese usi ilaj me jayenge ase jo bhi pese khaye he sab nikal jayenge

Where you can get unlimited Gujarati thali consisting 4 sabji, kadi-khichdi (Ghee?), dal-bhat, papad, sweet, salad, chatni and farsan.
Must visit once if you love the Gujarati Food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for an Informal gathering and dinner,... it was really good. Ordered a Gujarati thali which was unlimited...it had various dishes like potato curry, sweet, papad ,roti, daal, kitchdi & buttermilk...cost was ₹200 enjoyed a lot but as someone from east i wasn't like a great lover of Gujrati food...but i must admit services were amazing ...just amazing ? and food was ok-ok for me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The stay was , checkin checkout was smooth, but specifically I will mention about the hidden charges and the receptionist behaviour. We were not informed about limited breakfast, even though they mentioned any extra charges if we will order any other food out of complimentary breakfast. initially on asking the menu and while ordering in between he always informed us for extra charge if we order anything else, but repeating the same order he never mentioned us for limited breakfast. while doing a checkout they billed us for the order we repeated and additionally a Team which was complementary. We noticed this irregularities in bills upon asking questions to receptionist he was saying u have to pay and u will pay and all that in bad behaviours even though we are asking for explanations for extra cost of Tea he was keep saying u would have ordered in room or u would have drink 2 teas and all. After getting confirmation from restaurant staff he cut the Tea cost. The point here is receptionist behaviour was overall not customer friendly. I Would suggest every one who is staying here to confirm each and every amenities they are providing.
STILL I KNOW THEY WILL CHARGE YOU EXTRA SOMETHING HERE AND THERE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited a couple of times, only had Gujarati Thaali. Service is very fast, you get waiters coming up to your table quite often. They dont say No when asks for things more than few times? (it would have been nicer to have ceiling fans or silent table fans because aircons are set the way where few tables would get much colder and rest stays little warmer!)

complimentary breakfast available as per choice only one item
( Ex- if I have ordered of Puri sabji then I require omlet, it's available on a extra chargeable)
my suggestion is give the more item in complimentary breakfast and serve 2-3 item as per the customer choice without any extra charges
