★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a huge soft spot for the team of Hotel Sharanam.Amazing place to stay for family and friends! The rooms are spotless with good lighting ,clean bathrooms and comfortable beds. The place seems safe and homely with a good resturant with quality food! Staff are always available if you need anything and will help with anything you need! Most pleasant stay I ever had! Highly recommend!!!

Tv not working
Pillow cover were dirty
Hot water was not available . Looks like there was a problem hot water use to only come for few minutes
Service was poor. toilet paper was not available and when requested was not provided
Very disappointed
