โ โ โ โ โ Fraud manager asked to cancel booking by OYO and book with them in less price. Denied to do so he denied check in for not having RTPCR Report while he said we need not to produce any such report if booked offline

Booked the hotel online and when reached to hotel they denied the checkin saying that hotel is booked already. Why they are listed online if they doesn't allow peoples to checkin. Not recommended to anyone.
