★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mixed response. Stayed here twice for few hours during a road trip. First time experience was good, second time some construction was on going and the noise at unearthly hours marred the stay and night sleep. Good property though will recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Picked this hotel on a business trip.
Outside food is not allowed and inhouse food is also not that great.
Staff is rude and thay have very poor service.
They asked to leave the property after staying their for 5 days cause they got a bulk order cause of some local function, so i was forced to leave the property and check in somewhere else.
Would strongly recommend not to pick this property as their hospitality is very POOR.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here with my family for two days. These are my findings:
1 - Hotel denied to do any changes to the booking.
2 - You have to choose a different hotel to taste authentic Odia food. As Outside food is not allowed and inside food sucks.
3 - They charged 400 for a tea stain on bedsheet corner..which is looting.
4 - Toilets and Bathrooms are just Ok.
Not a good place for family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to attend an event on 1st floor banquet hall, although there were many AC installed, none of the AC was working properly, snacks was quite good, maincourse being average.
The hotel was spacious parking space nearby to it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it is a newly constructed hotel , some part of the hotel was still under construction. The location of the hotel is in between KIIT and infocity. Room size is good . they do provide cloth hanger stands in the room but do not have almirah. The only drawback I could find out was , we needed to do early checkout so requested the hotel staff for early breakfast which was not possible so we requested them to give some dry food in the night for which they agreed to but didn't turn up.next day morning when we again asked for it then they provided it but the quantity given was less to what was agreed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room is good, hotel is clean. Ambience is good as well. Service is not that good. They don’t provide enough towels, one needs to repeatedly ask for it. Two towels in a room is not a norm as per them.Dental kit not available. Toiletries are just OK.But for the amount paid, stopped expecting more on the service side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waste of money! Unpleasant management. Stayed there as my exam centre was close from this pathetic hotel. The guy at the reception kept bothering me to pay my food bill on the second day of arrival even though i had booked the suite room for 5 days and had paid in advance. The house keeping staff and room service staff are well behaved. The quality of food is very poor, had stomach upset. When i ordered food from outside as i was not able to eat their food the manager started harassing me. They don't have 24 hrs kitchen and won't serve even tea until 7:30 in morning. The room was ordinary, NO WIFI, TV had no active subscription to any channel. I had the most unpleasant stay of recent times and even though i had paid for 5 days i stayed there only 3 days, i left the hotel as soon as my work got over from that place and stayed in another hotel as i could not stand such hostile and unprofessional behaviour. Someone should take some action.Unprofessional behaviour of the reception guy and manager.
