★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel got renovated recently so ambience is modern and neat. The restaurant staff was courteous and prompt. However you primarily go to restaurant for food, and food taste was average. The billing process could have been faster.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. The reception counter is not competent to prepare the bills even if reminded 30 mins in advance. Room service people are not bothered to pick the calls from room's and most importantly they also don't submit the bills in reception counter. Further, the room service people are not even picking the calls from Reception.
