★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is poorly run and managed by amateurs. I had a late check in and drunk staff members were loitering around with whiskey glasses in hand all over the place. Even the food they brought was average and bedsheets and blankets were musty and smelly.Hot water only available in morning hours. Overall very poor .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel whose outside look does not do it justice. Starting with the rooms: spacious (the bathrooms are huge), clean and with a great view of the mountains from the balcony. The staff there is very polite also (special mention to Lucky) and the food prepared (north Indian) Thalis was very tasty!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are decent. One can get round o clock hot water. Bhimakali temple is in 2-3 min walking distance. One can enjoy views of snow capped mountains from balcony. Room service is very poor. Staffs are not attentive. Apart from service its a good place to stay and enjoy mountains.
