★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location of the hotel is in prime area..u can see all the good showrooms and brand near by..the rooms are ok well maintained clean...service is also good..food havent tried but breakfast was nice with limited option

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited the resto bar for dinner with a few friends. The rates are reasonable, good food quality and taste. Nice ambience, it seems they have just renovated. Centrally located. Nice experience overall.

hotel staff also very good & polite attitude
only TV is old. still old TV in room so may be required for change.
food also very tasty little bit costly

In this hotel Brake fast is good, you are getting everyday new thinks to eat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad Service. There was no hot water at bathroom at 6am. I called at front desk around 6:10 and i informed him regarding same issue however he told me i vll look into these. I waited for half n hr but still there was no hot water for shower then i keep calling front but no response from front desk person. So i left the hotel without taking bath..while check out i asked front desk guy About same issue he said i forgot to inform my staff to start hot water. I said wowwww amazing you're.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience. The AC was not working. The ceiling fan was buzzing all the time. The exhaust fan and ceiling fan created a hell like a lot of noise. Room was too small.The TV had shrilling voice. No doormat in the room. No bathroom accessories were given though they charged a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my third stay at the room. Rooms are well kept and clean. They have a restaurant & room service in the hotel. The food menu is decent. The location for the hotel is excellent and central which makes this a preferred choice of my business travel to the city. And also to mention the staff here are courteous.
