★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospitality is very bad. Tried to order a cake for a friend's birthday the way the person who picked up a call and had a conversation was too bad. Spoiled my entire mood. Even if they were not able to arrange a cake. How hard is to say NO in a decent manner.
I believe everyone has something they are already dealing with. So I really want the management of this place to be more polite and increase their communication skill. Cause no person is going to tolerate this behaviour.
