★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You get what you pay for. It's a clean place located in a weird building. Hot water only available until 8am. Can get pretty loud. Some of the rooms are definitely nicer with air conditioning and seating area whereas the other rooms come with uncomfortable mattresses and pillows. Located next to a highway and parking is non-existent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean rooms. Affordable rates, Nice staff behaviour. Only downside is the rooms are very hot due to lack of air ventilations. I booked a room without attached toilet. The shared toilets are well cleaned and maintianed. The hotel is near to Pune-Nashik highway and so good accessibility as well. I would give 5 stars if ventilation is much better.

So we had booked a Hotel in Oyo in the village area of Junnar, Aurangabad and where driving there but once in Junnar we came to know that the place was shut. We had to scout for an option but it either the place was packed or not upto hygiene. We then drove towards the city and found this place. It's neat fairly clean place with hot running water. Good for travelers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with this hotel. Firstly its on second floor. No parking no entrance. Management is egoistic. Zero in service. Not for family nor single for business tour. I would suggest booking in other hotel. Waste of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No complaints about the hotel staff and management, they seemed decent. The place did not give out any shady vibes too. Yet ,not the best place , just a fine enough place .
Can't say if it is ideal for females/ families as most of the occupants were male. Rooms are small, stuffy , absolutely no ventilation and the walls were made of wood. ( Atleast the 800 rupees worth room I was in)Unofortunately, the washrooms were common and outside the room and not clean too. Don't go with high expectations. Minus point for smokers - you'll have to go all the way downstairs to grab a quick smoke( 2 floors). Plus point is the location as it is right in the middle of the town near the ST terminus.
In all, just an okay place for a night at rates which are not too expensive.
Unsure about longer stays though
