They don't know "H" of the hospitality. I highly recommend everyone never visit this hotel if u are in tiuni, uttrakhand.
Worst hotel in the world. If you want to get insulted, you guys can visit this hotel. Staff don't know how to talk.
First when a guest comes in a hotel, staff welcome them and show him all the category of room with prices in a very polite manner but here the staff themself take decision on behalf of guest, that you can't afford it this how the staff treat the guest. I would rate -5 out of 5
If rooms are not clean staff can clean the room even they don't know the meaning of "view". Completely disgusting staff and management.
Message for hotel if you guys want to have guest in hotel please change the staff or keep them in well manner.
