★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good check-in experience, well behaved staff members (not polished though). Did not prefer breakfast there. Rooms were quite small, shower was not working properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first room alloted had uncleaned toilet with poop sticking to it. The willingness to resolve was poor. I had to visit the reception myself twice to get my room changed. The second one was also not very cleaned. The only excellent part was the breakfast. That's why I gave this 2 stars instead of one

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old hotel and not so well maintained, services are poor, few rooms are maintained, their complimentary breakfast is popular among the staying people mostly coming for business or official purposes, The taste of the breakfast is average, although there's a good variety, Location of the hotel is inside a gully, It use to be a good budget hotel once upon a time but now there are many good competitors available,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel was good but the worst part is I was took checkin at morning 7:45 and next day checkout at 10:38
When I get checkin they didn't explain that the check out was 24hrs basis the had a board pasted on the reception for referance when I checked out next day 2:30 hrs late they straight charge me full day charges
When I request them for not to charge they just said it's a hotel policy and and we have written on the wall
They even not bother to told their customers at the time of check in regarding the same...
They just simply checked in and wait for the late checkout to take money from the customer ...pathetic way to take money from the customer
Worst experience while check out might be not chose again that hotel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked the super Deluxe Room one day before our arrival on phone. Reached late evening 9:00 pm April 20, 2022., After long drive from Delhi We were looking for a comfortable place
very bad experience....
(1) Location is horrible ?? crowded market. Car travel.. took 45 mins 5 km journey.
(2) The room was low category,dirty, bad smell, not comfortable. request for room change, they ask more money I had no option becoz of late night with family. I paid more money. the new room was just OK. not the value of money.
(3) NO mobile changing plug working,It's very annoying.
(4)Complimentry water bottle was normal.... when I ask to replace with cold water they say it will not consider as complimentary water bottle ... So funny.. way to earn money.
(4) RUDE behavior counter manager.His look was also not pleasent.
(5) It seems a hotel for sales man, MR, Day traveller for sales call and meeting executive, not a family relax hotel.
(6) Staffs are not smiling face.. Always eager for tips. Poor Room service. I asked for Towel, it need me remind them 3 times.
(7) It's will be always unpleasant experience.. If you stay here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ staffs were good.clean rooms and good hospitality. we were three persons so they upgraded our room to royal luxury with minimal charges. location is good near to SAMDARIYA MALL, which is city centre. overall experience was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience, not relevant for a bulk booking (marriage / any function) at all .
Policies are not friendly for bulk booking , half information is shared, at the time of booking things would be very positive in the final billing amount extra charges will be applied and no negotiation what so ever .
Room cleanliness , support and food is also not good even considering the booking amount.
One should be very very cautious while booking next time, just sharing my experience considering no one suffers what I had.
