★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would call it a better lodge with no proactive processes for room cleaning/ make-up, no timely resolution of customer complaints; I don't expect them to provide a heater or blower despite more extended stays in winters, no change of soap, does not refill any shampoo etc., no working wifi. Moreover, you cannot expect a pin drop of sleep because every night, there is some noise either on the upper floor or on the ground floor.
It looks like a hotel, but actually, it's run with a shopkeeper attitude.
Not a place for a family ? stay..may be suitable as a place for marriages only or couples for a day stay.
