Waste of money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor maintenance, AC not working, washrooms are horrible, no neatness no hygiene, rude behavior of staff at reception desk, beds, pillow covers, bedsheets are too smelly, bad smell, full of mosquitoes, irritating hotel.

Very small room, no ac remote , bathroom taps leaking, Camode is full of stains, they charged very high price for double occupancy, fan makes sound , dim lighting, bed sheets are having stains and they have been like dusting cloths, They did not even dust the room.
Never ever book a room in this hotel

Don't book the room in dis hotel.
At specially front office old age people.they doesn't know. minimum front office rules & regulations.Manager also doesn't know.basic rules how to talk with guest,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the hotel is well located in the town, hotel hospitality in treating guest really impressed me; the two stars am giving for them, the staff.
from outside it looks impressive but not inside the rooms. the first thing I was disgusted about the bed sheets and comforter sheet, they were full of stains and other marks, looks very old, I couldn't even touch the comforter to cover myself at night; I've asked them to change the sheet, they didn't do it mentioning that they are clean and washed recently. my checked inn room AC was not working they shifted to other room ( was happy with that).
bathrooms need to cleaned and maintained properly with proper lighting.
I was alone in room but accompanied by bedbugs, so itchy it was whole night.
room service people need to learn to knock on the door before entering inside the room. that was uncomfortable.
if they make these things properly, I feel it would be the best hotel in srikakulam town.
