★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very nicely built restaurant and hotel and the cafe. The standard of Cafe is set limited to cafe items, which is indeed the best thing about Vilasa. The food quality is excellent and is served delicious food. I enjoy having my meal or evening snaks here.
The hotel rooms are very neat and clean and with maintained comfortable environment. The service is good. Staff are supportive.
The owner is chill and rightful towards his duty and professionalism and very supportive towards your approach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever hotel I have seen in my lyftime. Do not go here for food and stay, either go into nearby dhabas for food, worst chef looking like a jhadu poche wala. I am giving 1 star as I have to give it for rating.
Very worst taste, pathetic service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is just about okay. I guess the best option one can find in this area. But that's what makes them a bit complacent. Rooms are large and spacious but the common areas like dinning restaurant and the banquet halls that are on the same floor as the guest room and open into the common passage areas are filthy. See the picture attached of the dirty dishes lying the common area for over 24 hours. It's terrible to look at and smells disgusting. The management really needs to get their act together to maintain this place better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is good but keep it mind their check in and checkout timing otherwise u will pay extra. No discount on stay it's fixed. Ur driver Wong get proper sleeping arrangements at night. No pickup drop. Their toilets stings whenever u enter. Their staff not trained properly. If u don't pay for breakfast they will not going to give breakfast to you . They are rigid to their prices No flexibility.. hotel ambience is good but due to all above I have to think twice for checkin to this hotel on my next business visit.. thank you..
