Room need maintenance, fungus is on painting attached to the wall even on wallpaper. bed's wallside cushion is very dirty... Washroom's racks are rusty.. toilet flush malfunctioning... Cockroach roaming in the room... And worst room service phone was not working , even called on given number they didn't received...I had to go down to reception to get the water bottle midnight....

Main issues with hotel:- 1) Power cut is Common (Generator back up only on 1 and 2 floors) 2) lift not working 3) Housekeeping staff is not there. 4) Food was pathetic 5) water shortage 6) Room was tide 7) been sheet not changed on every day. 8) Tv not working at room 9) Late orderes food service.. Min 2 hr b4 have to order 10) Hall AC not working 11) Bathroom not cleaned on daily basis 12) Dining area will look good., but don't go by display. 13) No window on rooms so mobile network issue. Etc etc.

Food was also tasteless...and the main thing is the price they have in their menu card and the bill they given was all differ..when i asked for that they said the menu card was not updated... If that so then have to update the price... I should have given 0 stars overall, but single star for the food only...one more thing is the price which is too expensive compared to others If anyone seen this...my suggestion is to visit some other place. Thank you

Nothing solved Another staff came to solve the issue. Nothing happened. Then after 15 mins, the problem was solved. Then I requested them that problem may persist at night, so kindly change the room. They said why to change the room, ac is working. Bad behaviour of the staff. Mainly the reception people are so rude, that they behave like they are the "KING". I asked them , I am leaving , please refund money. But they were rude. I asked them , let me talk to the senior, They refused to do that. I asked them to refund money, I am leaving, they denied. So fedup . I left money and left for another hotel. So I recommend all ,that don't prefer this hotel. As an proof, I have hotel bil, where the time is mentioned , of my check in and checkout. Don't get your mood off by opting this hotel.
