★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel Vinayaka Grand is the king of worst.
I saw the reviews and booked this place for my wedding and the wedding became a total disaster.
The staff particularly the manager (Mr. Srivastav) is a total d**k. He just hangs all day and has no purpose. The staff is short at the place, the rooms don’t have basic amenities such as a phone to call the reception, basic toiletries.
We had to bath in cold water as there was no proper arrangement of hot water.
The building has two quarters and there is no lift in one.
The lift isn’t automatic so if you are on the third floor and some one forgot to close the lift, you have to walk the whole flight.
The worst experience ever.

Food is expensive and unpalatable ,room are barren.
Often very expensive A/C ROOM like literally...
No lighting and no one comes here it feels like you'll get looted if you stated in non a/c room ..
Will update as soon as something else I know

The door locks are unusable. You cannot open the door easily on most of the rooms.

1) Nice interior with clean and tidy rooms
2) Awesome seating at the restaurant on 1st floor
3) Overall nice hotel with good ambience
Cons:
1) Some people of the staff are just so rude. They only behave properly after a good scold.
2) The rooms are good but there's some problem with most of the door locks. I think the management should take a look at this.
