★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over-rated. It's just a overhyped marraige or wedding space. Offers you nothing special and is far away from indore main city. No autos or public transport is accessible to this place. The owner boasts about big weddings and corporate product launch parties but the arrangement for a mere engagement ceremony felt like they were trying to please the guests with sorrys and apologies.

There are you can celebrate family program
And night stay if you have no any options because hotel situated out of city on Bypass
So it's only u can book for family function otherswise not any more

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were 3 people wanted 2 non smoking rooms for 2 nights from 27/11/21 to 29/11/21 and checked-in on 27th late night at around 11:30pm. The moment we entered in our respective room, both the rooms were Snelling badly as in some one smoked very badly, at one time I realized that they didn't service the room well before giving the sane to new guest. I called reception and asked for air freshener, it did not come up till next day. At the time of booking I was told that the hotel is running very Busy and we were asked to check out on very next morning at 9am. We had to agree as in we don't have any other choice, and Hotel Reception person gave a call in both room around 8:30am on 28.11.21 to inform us about check out at 9am. my 2 colleagues and myself came to reception to checkout that time we came to know that we can continue with 1 room, so among ourself we decided that I would be contine with my room.

We went to function near by and came back early morning at 4am to hotel and met receptionist ARDASH PAROHA.
When I was suppose checkout on 29.11.21.
The Night receptionist called up in my room at around 9am asking for checkout and bill payment. I politely told him on phone we came back late and will be checkout at 10am, HE Was VERY RUDE and I DISCIPLINED Receptionist I ever met in any other hotels.
He was insisting me to make payment and so that he can leave from his night duty, on insisting I told him on phone that u send a bill to my room to check. He rang Bell after 5 minutes and entered my room, I told him to leave a bill for me to check and I come down to make payment.
HE RUDELY ARGUED THAT I HAVE TO MAKE PAYMENT THEN AND THERE SO HE CAN FINISH HIS BILLING AND LEAVE.
HE SAID HE CAN'T WAIT AND ASKED RUDELY TO MAKE PAYMENT IN THE ROOM.
VERY INDISPLINE STAFF AND NO CARE FOR GUESTAT ALL.
1 STAR Rating is NOT WORTH, It should be less than that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent location, very cordial staff, neatly maintained rooms. I would strongly recommend this resort for marriages, parties or conferences. Mr. Pandey was very helpful in all situations, many a times going out of way to make us comfortable. Special thanks to Ms. Lucky and Mr. Amit for their helpful responses all the time.
