★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cracked glasses on top of the table caused bleeding and waiter is asking me not to rub my hand against it .such insensitive comment and i raised my voice against it. Since then the manager as well as the waiter were very rude and were in fighting mood.when asked for chicken do pyaza waiter was like only 3 pieces assuming thats my only order and was very mean as if we r begging him to feed. but i cant stoop so low to create a scene there..just managed to finish my dinner and came back .never recommend anyone to visit ..this is by far the worst experience i have ever had

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is located on the highway and the stay is good. the rooms are clean and neat. the rooms are small but the wash rooms are clean and neat. the food was good. overall very good experience of staying in zaika international.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel was Just OK. Rooms size are good and it was well decorated. But roms and entire lobby was full of dust and dirt. Washrooms was in horrible condition. Showers were not working. Glass was full of water and stain marks. Food was OK. Price wise it's expensive.

Poor service.
Waiters have their own sense of attitude and live in their world of greatness, where you can't comment anything on their food because, for them we can be wrong but the taste of the food will remain supreme.
We literally left the food on table. Uncooked chicken. Out-dated paneer. ? ..
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND ENERGY in this restaurant. Go n explore . There are lot better restaurants in Balasore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Hotel. Nice location, good food. We got a deluxe room with big balcony. We 3 people stayed overnight during our journey. The room is ok for 2 couple. The food price is ok and quantity is sufficient. The complementary break fast is limited quantity. Overall a standard hotel with medium price range.
