★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It use to be very good in terms of taste and maintenance earlier. It was not that great now so far my experience in recent visits in last couple of months. Adding further, staff are not receptive and shows attitude!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotlines are good at marketing and bad at their core business `taste of food` and charge premium price. AC shop, colorful and organized display etc Big Like, but the actual taste of the food is bad. I mean simple things like pastries, dil-pasand, khoya sweet lack of taste that explains all that we look does not matter when the taste is bad you have an unsatisfied customer and not-a-returning customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad taste and very unpleasant behaviour by staff and owner....they have given spoiled notes we asked for another note they responded in an abusive way shouted at us Though we gave them back the same way but it's not the way to behave with us.....and coming to the taste we ordered panner roll it was spoiled and old stock of panner really a bad experience
