★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotspot is one of the best mobile shop in malad east mumbai. they used to come with their new offers in every month and they have mind blowing deals for premium to normal range phones i am still using second hand Iphone 6 which i have purchased from hotspot in fab 2018. i always prefer hotspot for phone and accessories for me and my family.

I got my CCTV installation done from this guy called Atul Tiwari who claims to own this shop called Hotspot Mobiles and accessories. Even after following up, he has still not given us a bill for the CCTV installation.
He promised to give us after sales service for 1 year.
It's been about 10 months now and one of the cameras has stopped functioning. For a week - he just kept telling me that he will come but didn't turn up. Next week - after four-five calls and after much insistence - he comes to my home- tries to fix it - is not able to fix it - and then completely stops taking my calls altogether.
Imagine spending 15k-16k on a CCTV camera set-up and then you realize that the guy you paid to is actually a fraud.
Instead of regretting later, don't entertain this guy Atul Tewari or buy anything from Hotspot Mobiles. They are fraud people and best avoided.
