★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic customer service..dont ever buy products from them..they dont deliver based on their promises and they dont even bother to respond to calls or messages from customers.. they dont know the value and importance of a customer service.. I have been trying to contact them since a month with no status update of the product and proper response..its been a month since I ordered and I am yet to receive the product..never ever buy from this vendor ans lose your money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a swing with stand on Aug 27th. Order 7926. Received only swing after 30-35 days.. Stand is not received, they do not answer to calls or msgs they have even blocked me on fb so that I can't write to them there. Never purchase anything from these guys.. They cheat u once they get the money. Anyone from Howrah who can help me reach these guys? Else I can only write to the police commissioner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had placed order at their website on 3rd September 2020. I was assured by them that I will receive the product by first week of october. There is no proper way to Contact them after making the payment. Prior to placing order they used to answer over whatsapp. Now they don't even do that. I call them everyday but no one answers and neither they call back. Before diwali I was told it will by diwali , but it didn't. I had asked for refund, they didn't refund.
And now they don't even reply. Can any one help in this matter??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor response by these people. Had ordered a centre table which had many defects in it. They took it back. Had payed in advance also. But since I did not like their product I wanted my money refunded or something else in exchange. These people do not reply to calls or whatsapp msgs also. One should not buy any product from them. Am still waiting for my refund. I guess will have to complain in consumer court.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst ever customer service I have come across. Until we place the order they are very prompt in their response. But once the order is placed they hardly respond and don't even share any update about the status of our order even if we text and ask them. The initial promise was to deliver the product within 15 days. But its more than a month that I placed my order and I haven't got my product still. Wen I ask them, they replied only once saying ur product is picked up and you will receive it next week. But its been more than 15 days and no product nor update.Never even buy any products from them. They are absolutely faking customers. My order was placed on 23rd Feb and haven't receive the product till date.
They are just trying to loot money from customers without delivering the product.They are perfect example of online looting. Its my request to everyone to do not get cheated by looking at their products which never gets delivered as promised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a Sofa cum Bed. After sell service is very bad. Even they are not answering the call and messages. Built quality is very good. Product is very satisfactory. Price is reasonable. But the item is not perfect. Components didn't fit properly. As a result it is getting bad with use. And the seller doesn't respond to the problem of his product. If you are to do business with them please be very careful. You may suffer the same problem as myself.
