★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing party place with indoor and outdoor sitting. I have removed one star for slow service, non availability of parking (despite it located in business centre and underground parking is there), oily food despite my request to make it diet, and for non-availability of bento boxes despite it available in menu. Also water served in plastic bottles and it's not the best for the environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am in love with this place , totally ..! People who love open spaces, rooftop with view, this place is a must visit guys .. it’s so peaceful @6 to see the view and have amazing good food ..!
We ordered pav bhaji which was served on garlic bread, the flavours were so delicious. The chicken was well marinated and soft well cooked ..
I highly suggest this place to everyone ..!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited House of lords yesterday in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. I was very impressed with the kind of ambience they have and the food which was serve there. Right from the starters, main course, everything was perfect. The food tasted good and the quality, quantity was top notch. Cherry on top was the live performance by Akash Dubey.
Thanks House of lords team specially Furkan for your amazing service. We had a great time over there.
Coming to the food we had ⬇️
Appetizers - Bao's Chicken, Pav bhaji on garlic bread, cheese corn balls, Murg Tandoori Kabab grilled.
Main course - Paneer tikka, Dal makhani with butter tandoori roti.
Mocktails - Tikka Peru
Fruit Punch.
Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ House of Lords is one of the best rooftop experience I ever had! They have both indoor and outdoor seating with an amazing view. Truly loved the ambience and their elaborate food menu.
So opted for the lavish unlimited food brunch that had a wide variety of items including cocktail, mocktails and high spirits which is worth the money.
It comes at a cost of 699/- & if you wish to add high spirits, it will cost you anywhere around 1499/-.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited on Sunday for brunch. Loved the lavish rooftop lounge. The view is amazing up there. The food was good. We mostly ordered continental food. We had Cheese Corn Balls - Yum, Spaghetti Pasta, Chicken Kebab and Chicken Dimsums. All amazing. For drinks, we ordered Watermelon Martini and White wine. Both were goood. For desert, we were served Gulab Jamun, Brownie with Ice cream and Fruit Custard. Wish there were more options in brunch for desserts. The service was good. The ambience is really good specially those aesthetic yellow frames which go with the food and bright color of sun. Over all, loved it. Would visit again!

From Indian to Italian & Continental to Chinese, you can enjoy their elaborate menu.
We opted for the lavish unlimited food brunch that had a wide variety of items including cocktail, mocktails and high spirits making it worth the money.
The unlimited food brunch comes at a cost of Rs. 699 & if you wish to add high spirits, it will cost you around Rs. 1499.
Would recommend you'll to visit the place in the evening to enjoy the sunset view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ House of lords is one of the best roof top restaurants in Navi Mumbai. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. I loved the ambience. The food was tasty and the drinks were well presented. Overall our experience was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello Vashi people @holmumbai is the best place for party, buffet brunch and specially the outdoor seating. As it is a rooftop people sitting outdoor would enjoy the best view. They have a big bar area & absolute good music too. Apart from this they have this yummy buffet brunch consisting of some soup counter, live spaghetti and pasta counter, salad counter, and very yummy yummy desert counter.we loved the Sunday brunch buffet we loved fruit punch; cheese corn balls, pavbhaji garlic bread. I would highly recommend you guys to visit here and enjoy this yummy buffet on sunday.
