★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service and product. I have purchased a center table from them and after some days, i started facing defects in it. The table is bended and i can literally see the open joints between parts. I have contacted the owner of House Sutra, sent him photos and videos on whatsapp several times, still no revert from his side. Maybe because House Sutra doesn't believe in customer satisfaction and after sales services. Worst experience. Never going to buy anything from HouseSutra. Beware if you are also thinking about buying something from here.

Showroom owner greeted us well and was being very patience and humble while answering our queries. Highly recommended ..

After having such a large request for one set of furniture, they happily held onto these and provided me with the perfect delivery day that suited me.
I will not hesitate to use them again. Please do yourself a favour and if you have a question call them. It’s refreshing to have such helpful people on the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Illiterate staff as well management is so poor. that guys are so clever whenever any client is come to see the pepperfry studio and the product that they convey to them their home production house sutra as well they compared with pepperfry studio to take the products because of their employee earn more incentive to sell home production products. Quality of house sutra's products is very cheap. i am sure that any client would be not satisfied to take these cheap type produts.
