★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I hired a maid back in 2020-2021 start and the management was so good back then. They didn’t seem to mind me speaking in English and the process was easy. I had to travel abroad and requested another maid so I called them from my number abroad recently. The staff changed and the person who answered the phone was so rude and unprofessional when he tried talking in Kannada and I said I didn’t know how to speak but my parents did so you can speak to them. He stopped responding to my messages and calls since then. Honestly, this was the only agency I would have recommended in Bangalore but if you discriminate based on the language then good luck to you!
