★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi Everyone! Good Evening. Let me give you all an honest review, so that you can decide whether or not, should you all visit any Dental clinic.
I have been to 'Howrah Dental Care', few days ago, for my Oral Health Check-up. This is because, as an Instructor of Self Defense, it's very important to maintain my health overall, that includes Eye, Ears, Teeth, etc,.
This place is good. The execution of work and performance is also good.
Thing's, I like -
1. Follow up on call, on my first time visit. (Good)
2. Receptionist, behaviour, (Good).
3. Doctor on duty: Evaluation, Recommendation, Explanation, Educating their Clients, Behaviour. (Good)
4. Cleanliness (Good)
5. Follow up Check-up (Satisfactory)
Thing's to improvise -
1. On my second follow-up, they did not called up. (No priority for second follow-up, may be, because of Free)
2. Treatment Charge > Value Received. (A client should feel, that the money invested is complete or full value received.)
Very few people, visit Dental clinic, or even after visit, do not proceed further for treatment, this could be the reason -
1. Expensive Treatments (People may not like to Invest in their Oral Health)
2. Treatment Charges > Value Received
Few Details of the Charges -
1. Visiting or Consultation Fee of Doctor - Rs.300/-
2. Cleansing Fee - Rs.1200/-
3. Polishing Fee - Rs.300/-
And much more.
So, if you want to visit, any Dental clinic, especially, Howrah Dental Care, then, I'll recommend it, but they should work to improvise on customer satisfaction and support more.
(Note: If you are a highly respected person, visit any place in a local form, simple man, to see the quality of the place)

Dr. Ziaur was very professional and knowledgeable; he not only did a thorough and satisfactory job in scaling my teeth, but also educated me a lot about dental health and problems.
I wish all doctors take inspiration from him to educate their patients in addition to just treating them.
