Basement car park offers only enough driveway space for 1 car to pass at a time. There's pillars everywhere, & too little turning space offered between the parking slots. Even at 60% occupancy, I find it hard to park my i-10. Good luck parking your SUVs when the apartment is more than 90% occupied.
Build quality is so poor, especially the plumbing lines. Whenever the people living above me flush the toilet, the plumbing pipes shake out of place & fall thud onto my ceiling. This gives the feeling like they're constantly moving their furniture or doing carpentry work in the house 24*7. I've had sleepless nights bcoz these noises are too loud & occur periodically throughout the day and night. Highly annoying!
What's more annoying is there will always be some construction work happening in this apartment. Do not expect a quiet & peaceful environment. Waiting for my rental contract to end so I can get out of this place.
