★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of worst experience in my life to engaging tour with Hyosala Tours & Travels and especially with Rajesh who don't have manners and etiquette. This agent don't have ethics and no emotion with customer. He Always take u turn even though you have written communication. They will force you to transfer entire amount first and leave you mid of the tour without any information. I read reviews and come to know that same experience had with other customers since long but no one had taken action against such a cheater person Rajesh by complaing at Police station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero rating for Hoysala tours and travels Yeswanthapur. Pathetic experience by Rajesh.. after receiving 70% in advance, he dint book the hotels. Rest 30% collected on the second day of my trip and screwed my 8 days trip. He won't give what ever committed in the trip itenary. No response for calls and WhatsApp messages. Worst places for accommodation (which was not planned in the itenary). Committed for AC Sleeper, but gave nonAC. Rooms committed was deluxe and gave home stays in very rubbish locations. Committed the car throughout the trip but by 6pm the driver was ends the trip. I have chosen local private transportation for having dinner as no good hotels in the areas what he gives. After asking for the committed providings he stopped responding to my calls and msgs and started scolding me in unparliamentary language which I can't publish and demands more money. The boat house in allepy dint allow me to check in as the money was not paid to the boat guy. He made me to stand on road for 4 hrs. He dint pick my calls though I was keep on calling him. Same behavior I have noticed with other customer who was checking out. The boat guy kind of office arrested his family for not paying and the customer paid full amount with Rajesh. The room(home stay) details will be shared only after 7-8pm where u have no choice to look alternatives. I was bit scared as the complete trip was in his hand and has to talk to him in polite way by controlling my anger and frustration. I was not knowing what kinds of worst surprises I will get it I shout at him for the committed providings .
I was saved a little bit with the local drivers ( by paying the huge tips) and local service providers for whom he has lot of money pendings.
Finally I had a very worst experience with Hoysala travels Yeswanthapur. Better avoid this travels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend this travel agency to any of my friends nor anyone who read my review. During our (Group of Senior Citizens from Siliguri West Bengal) eight days' South India tour program (20 Dec 19 to 27 Dec 19) we have been cheated by the Agency which provided below standard accommodations at places of halts except one,whereas according to package was Super Deluxe ones. Important to mention is, at every checking out points we are almost held hostages on account of malafide dealing of the Agency. They totally deviated from the terms of package. It was very disappointing experience specially due to rude behavioural attitude of Mr Rajesh of the Hoysala Tours & Travel Yeshwantpura.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service provided by Hoysala travels. We travelled to kodaikanal along with our 7 friends and had really good time there. Kodai sunshine was our hotel and it was really good they served us very well. They were perfect from all viewpoints. It was my 3rd time with them and it also went well. Thanks to Rajesh and team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we contacted them to organize trip to Dandeli gokarna for 20 persons. we were not sure whether they will provide good service or not but when we travelled with them they removed our all misconceptions about them by providing best hotel for our stay . They arranged all our activities in a professional manner and also gave us a good discount. Our entire group was very satisfied from their service. I will give them 5 on scale of 5 as their work is unmatchable

Our entire journey was smooth because of their perfact work. I must say this is definitely the best travel agency I had ever travelled with. Surely we will plan our future trips with them
