★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly, they don't keep you updated on the status of your issue. Secondly, no invoicing, no transparency about charges, parts, you are simply asked to pay the amount for the parts/service which have been added up without your knowledge.

I had to change my thermal paste and bought 1 online, they replaced it for free, because the laptop was still under warranty!
Service here in shimla is not good for any type of electronic be it mobile, laptop, TV, fridge, but this is the place where we can get service comparable to big cities like Chandigarh, New Delhi!
Awesome experience awesome staff!
