★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The way the staff approach us too worst.They are not even providing the right basic information to the customer.Recently , I have visited the hp customer service center , near diamond park , vizag .There the staff is not even letting me to explain the issue and they are informing us that the service center is closed and they are behaving rude to the customers visited. After the servicing , they are not at all responding to it.There are many issues that remained unresolved even after servicing. It's found to be worthless and other servicing centers are better than these.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Happy with the service provided by them , they said initially HDD replace would take upto a week and they fixed it within 3 days and I'm pretty happy about that.
Also , thing is it's located wrongly on the map check for Rednam Plaza and it's on the first floor of that building

1. They are saying we will send you online Quote and then approve and then pay online, then bring Laptop.
2. Its been 30 days but no email and no response.
