Just I have gone through your reply and suggestion to me "be positive"
Here is the truth : I have made the call because my HP laptop was not charging in on condition but in shut down mode it's battery was charging when you suggest me upon checking my laptop , it's motherboard got defective and which will be cost 11500/- for replacement of motherboard I refused , then I requested to install "windows 7 ultimate" in place of "windows 10", to check the Bluetooth connectivity which was not happening, and update the drivers if any.
You have installed "windows 7 ultimate" but drivers was not updated and Bluetooth connectivity was not checked neither it was connecting to mobile hotspot . Everything was lost . I was dumped with lots of additional problems after your exercise such as none of the USB ports were working, wireless mouse was not connecting . But payment was made (Rs. 300+500) and your representative gone away who requested me to give 5(five)star in the review. When i have checked with another computer engineer it was revealed that the windows 7 ultimate which you have installed it was only valid for 30 days. Things were not done in proper way . Here is another one fact: on asking your representative Mr. Surojit requested me to update required drivers on my own . He called me up several time to change the review to give five star which I didn't and which fuelled your anxiety
Now my laptop is taking care of by some other person ...Thank you
