★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited them regarding problem of Laptop Fan, Graphics and also RAM issue. They could not solve any issue. But, charged me Rs. 3000/- just for formatting & installation. They took 5 working days just for this small work, that is also after my frequent requests on phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called them to ask BATTERY price, THEY HAVE ZERO CLUE. I provided laptop model, battery part no. etc.. details, BUT... they want me to VISIT them to know price of battery. What a useless. In this fast time, they can't SAY rate of battery. LoL.

Only 3 people are in service center and from 3, one was going here and there, eating food and sleeping, second one was taking the laptops and telling big big things to customer and don't know anything about laptops. And the last one who was repairing is really pathetic.
I went there for display wire replacement, he replaced the wire and fitted the laptop and when he was trying to on, the display was still not working.
He don't even have experience of months, he seems new in repairing field.
He took 45 min to open the laptop and 45 min to fit.
I had wasted 5 hours there and still my laptop was not repaired.
At last he was asking to leave the laptop for a day. He was really foolish.
Actually the problem is in the HP company, I think they haven't verified that no one was experienced in terms of repairing and gives them the licence to operate as HP SERVICE CENTER.
Really very disappointed for this type of service. Will never buy HP laptops again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer care confirmed that this store is not authorised HP service center. So don't fall for their trap . They talk nicely when you go to their store at first but after giving them your accessories they will force you to do this and that. Talk to customer care then go anywhere ?
