About HP MANU FUELS
Like any other corporate, at the apex level is the HPCL Board of Directors (The Board). The Board has constituted several sub-committees, such as the Committee of Functional Directors (CFD), the Audit Committee, the Investment Committee, the Remuneration Committee, the Investor Grievance Committee and CSR and Sustainability Development Committee. The composition of these Committees is given in this Report. The meetings of these committees are convened on need basis and minutes of these meetings are placed for information of the Board. Majority of the members of the Committees except the CFD are Independent Non-Executive or Government nominated Directors with the Whole Time Directors playing a facilitating role.
The Corporation has constituted an Executive Council comprising of Chairman & Managing Director, the Functional Directors and the SBU Heads of the Corporation. This council discusses important issues concerning the organization, analyses the same and recommend the ‘way forward’ in respect of matters discussed. Emphasis is laid on team approach, mutual support of functions and joint deliberations on issues by the council which has enhanced further the decision making process. It has thus facilitated an integrated thinking process and an aligned approach across the Corporation for achieving the Corporate Vision and each one of the aspirational aspects contained in the Vision Statement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there today for pollution and tyre puncture. The pollution guy asked me Rs 200 for pollution but after that I got message from Haryana Vahaan authority stating you have paid Rs 100 for pollution certificate. It means they were suppose to take Rs 100 but charged me 200. I also got one puncture in my tyre even tough guy checked properly claimed that 5 punctures are in your tyre and asked for Rs 250. Better to avoid this pump for any service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Petrol theft! Asked for full the tank, instead filled only 400 rs worth petrol and then filled the tank and added extra 400 to the bill. On arguing said that the petrol machine had autocut. The billed fuel was more than the fuel capacity. Scam. Thieves. Have tried tondo it a couple of times, especially with ladies and young solo boys.

The measurement of fuel pumped in is accurate, do have a pollution under control shop, washrooms, a routine munching need shop, a flat tyre repair unit, all this coupled with a courteous and we'll mannered staff. What else or more you need at a fuel station. Plus plus apart from the crude oil based fuel of Petrol and Diesel they have a compressed natural gas fuel station within too.

Staff is always arguing with customer.
No supervisor.
It takes 35-45 min to fill car if here are 5-6 car ahead of you.
8 cng filling pipe but only 4 works always

You have 4 cng filling points ...and around 10pm only 1 is working..
You should change your policy as per current situation...cng vehicles is increasing and que also on pump

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic fuel pump with zero facilities in terms of everything. Fuel is in very poor quality. Staff is also not good. Try to avoid if you want to have good care of your time and your vehicle engine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Told to fill petrol for ₹2000 instead the operator filled for ₹400 when I asked him he said he has a hearing problem and then filled ₹1600 saying he turned the meter to zero. Exactly same thing happened within 3-4 days this time when confronted he quickly filled ₹800 petrol asking me not to escalate the matter. Worst thing, they all work together in this, cheating customers.
