★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my car serviced through GoMechanics partner Bedi Motors. During servicing, they recommended replacement of spark plugs and I agreed for replacement........after servicing, my car started giving problem and was running with Jerks....I had sent it back to the service center for checkup..... the servicing agency indicated that all their serviced part are okay but a new problem is observed with some cable...... I suspected that the servicing was not done propoerly..... I withdrew my vehicle from Go Mechanics servicing agency.....
I struggled with the problem for good 3 months due to my busy schedule and finally got it checked through the authorized service center......authorized service center indicted that the spark plugs fitted by Go Mechanics servicing agency was not compatible and I had to get it replaced...... I got the spark plugs replaced again.
The intial replacement of spark plugs was recommended during servicing by Bedi Motors/ Go Mechanic......after that a wrong spark plug was put.....how unprofessional is that....
I have the spark plugs put by Go Mechanic servicing agency....and the same is the proof of substandard work done by them.
I request everyone to be aware of my experience and be cautious before handing over your vehicles to such unprofessional service providers like GoMechanic and Bedi Motors.
