★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I reached this Petrol Pump around 10:30. Strangest experience ever. By the time I parked my bike on the main stand, the employee at the petrol station was so nasty, he couldn’t wait till I parked. The look I got from this man as a woman is something extremely derogatory and makes me feel unsafe. I asked him to return the cash I’d already given him(to save his time) and I also said that ‘let it be if you are in a hurry’. He very rudely returned the cash. Then I couldn’t find a way out because they had locked the petrol pump before I left, so I requested them to open the entrance when another employee signaled me to just leave.
I was waiting to figure out what to do next when one young employee finally walked up to me and helped me fill petrol. He also showed me details of my transactions as I was so overwhelmed I couldn’t add 200+409.
This kind of service from HP is really surprising. I’ll make sure I never ever stop at this place again. Why cause so much inconvenience to the employees???
PS : Google tells me that this petrol pump closes at 11pm.

The Staff that works on the Pump are Kind enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud Workers at this Petrol Pump. In front of my eyes, the worker did not even reset the meter and started filling at Rs. 60 instead at Rs. 0.
and No matter how hard you fight, you will NOT get what you deserve. Lot of criminal/Gundaa from nearby slum people are working there.

We had terrible experience twice at this pump. Firstly they had google pay but gpay has been accepted at one petrol booth only. After long queue when we reached to fill petrol they denied and said go to other line where they are accepting gpay. We did not get this as number for gpay is unique for users. After few days when we visited again we went to one petrol booth they said this is closed go to other booth. On other booth the person arrogantly denied to fill petrol and did not tell the reason. After complaining about this behaviour all the staff came on to us and yelled at us that the vehicle is facing wrong directon and they denied to fill petrol with arrogance. As pictures attached the petrol pump is not crowded still no one was filling petrol.
As per this experience, we concluded that they does not need a customer. Very much arrogant staff and they does not know what they are doing.
