One of the worst petrol stations in Calcutta. Pathetic customer service, pathetic management behavior, extremely poorly trained staff.
Worst of all, when they make a mistake (eg. putting petrol in a diesel car or getting caught with adulterated fuel) the attitude and behavior which they display should be used as a case study for the worst lessons in customer satisfaction and management.
The only response they prefer to depend on is that they have been operating for so many years and that their name is brand to reckon with. Their managers or similar have no sense of communication with a customer inspite of making blatant mistakes and service lapses.
