★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I don't have any complaint regarding petrol and its quality , I'll share a small shameful and disappointing incident , I went for the fuel in my Scooter in HP kazi camp Bhopal,
It was bit crowdy 4 scooters and 3 ppl with their bottles for petrol waiting for their turn..
I was standing and waiting for my turn, i tried paying with google pay but unfortunately their gpay wasn't on coz some service guy didn't visited them,
I took out my debit card and asked him for machine, he said 'Woh waha rakhi he leke ajao aur udhar banda hoga uske paas leke jao woh kar dega swipe'
I bought it and went to that guy he was bit busy he came out and i asked him to swipe debit card for 100 INR, The way he stair at me was very rude and wasn't wearing mask properly..
He whispered silently 'India American aur europe bann rha he'
That left me speechless, this was really disappointing and bad impression from a staff of such big company, other staff were cooperative i just took my slip, card and got back to my scooter and filled petrol and drove back home, this all took 20 mins.
I'll give this 1 star coz of bad service, time consuming, no proper online payment resources, no cleanliness, a staff which isn't proud of being an indian or illiterate ...just saying.

But i went their yesterday i saw very good response from their fsm and their were very good lighting in night
