★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with this service center, very arrogant, do not know how to speak to customer. They are charging service charge, but not ready to take responsibility to repair the printer, while we are ready to pay part cost. Asked the cost of the part and the lady says - go and search HP world. Not sure who appointed them as authorised HP service Center. Review their performance
