★ ★ ★ ★ ★ an awesome stay in the heart of the small town narkanda, of himachal pradesh. it is 60 kms from shimla and it takes 2 hours drive by bus. public works department rest house can be availed only by a government officer. you need to prebook your stay if planning for a weekend else normally the rooms are available.

Care takers are courteous and prepare nice food..hatu peak is near by from this place..Also visit HPTDC hotel of narkanda which is also nearby.. it is having excellent views and food..
