★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Technicians are not at all coustomer friendly. Waiting area is not there as you can see in the photo. Service is very bad. People in charge don't have basic courtesy to attend the coustomer. I think they don't want to work here. HP can close this service center and open a new one in Kharagpur town.
