★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst services and support. I have purchased a combo of wireless keyboard and mouse from Raj Computers, Ranipur More, Haridwar. After some days mouse got unresponsive. It has been more than 1 month, I could not get my replacement. Congrats to HP for their worst and poor support and services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys were not able to boot my laptop and install the os.
My laptop had a problem of BSOD, which can be resolved by reinstalling the OS. I was very inexperienced and the laptop was under the warranty so I approached them to repair, which they were not capable of.
Had very bad experience with them. They have taken the possession of my laptop for 3 months and at last were not able to do the repair/ Installation.
They are best in giving excuses and postponement.
PS: This happend in 2016.
