I am regular visitor on their pump.
Today at 10 pm I encountered one abusive staff, first he told no pressure, but i insisted as it was showing 100.
I got 4kg+ but he started abusing all customers.
I complained to manager their.
I could have beaten him but left him with warning.
Really disappointed with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the last CNG pump u will find on NH 27 towards bihar and in Uttarpradesh kushinagar as u will not find any CNG pump in bihar this pump is little off the road u have to avoid the bridge on NH 27 and go around 2 km right side below the bridge if you are coming from UP to bihar u will find it on the left side please find it on map and us the Google map otherwise there are chances u can miss it the pump all the facilities like toilets water and air checks, plus the pressure was awesome and the attendent staff was very nice and courteous always smiling and helpful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am sharing my experience with petrol pump.
Have been using HP CNG for over 2yrs now. Now there are multiple issues.
1) The delivery agents keep changing frequently. At any point of time one does not know who is the delivery agent in their area
2)The delivery agent’s staff is not very helpful on phone
3) No receipt is given after delivering the gas
4)Long time taken for CNG delivery.Huge queue for vehicle.
5) most of the time pressure is very low for CNG.
6) most of the time when I call to the Staff for knowing the availablity of CNG they never pickup the call soon.
I find HP delivery & also service by its agent very poor.
Have been pulling through with it for a long time.
This leaves a consumer/customer very dissatisfied at the end of the day
