★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really Slow Service. The person who is responsible for Laptop servicing, isn't from this shop it seems. They took 3 weeks and said the office is open only 4 days a week. They don't answer the Phone Calls and despite of paying for the repair of my Laptop, I'm not satisfied at all. So won't be preferring this place when it comes to servicing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had got my HP laptop for free service camp. Very courteous technical staff and prompt response. They did my work in speedy time and also gave me the right advice for maintenance. They also advised not to go in for any unnecessary upgrade even though it would have meant a new business for them. Really appreciate the honesty. 5 stars is the max....otherwise I would have given more. Happy HP user.

Also the staffs are humble and polite in nature. Attend me and gave me the product as per my requirements. All the staff have indepth knowledge. I will recommend everyone to purchase laptop or Desktop or printer from Computer Age only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi as I have came to thane for work my laptop got some sudden issue so I gone to them the worst experience I ever gone through never give your laptop here for servicing I repeat never I have given my laptop as it was not working due to some start stop issue they kept laptop more than month saying laptop is dead we are working they will never call you or text you you have to call them then they will tell you yes you have to come as I come to receive my laptop they shown yes it's working they have charge really heavy within in 15 min the laptop were in same condition nothing has been done I gave my laptop back again after 4 week when I called they said we can't do anything now your laptop is dead it's ok I jst told refund my money they will take 7 to 8 days to refund that to by cutting heavy service charge they will give quater money that to from check they will never refund by gpay or direct cash and they have provided check scribbled on it it was rejected by bank as I live In pune I call them to refund by gpay the lady will talk with to arrogance with you and will keep the phone between conversation I have to come from Pune to mulund to return check as I shown my laptop to other service centre they said jst an IC issue but they have burnt motherboard and other things so you have to replace all now it was costing more than 15,000/- so they have completely made my laptop dead that to thanks to YOGESH and team he help me to get my quater cash back thank you yogesh and team.
