★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are frauds. Their sales agent prateek sold me a laptop by saying that the laptop has a 2 year Warranty on laptop, will get 3 years of anti virus and a hp Mouse.
They did not register my warranty the day i bought laptop. They asked me to wait for the extended warranty. After waiting for 10 days, this guy prateek and their store owner baldev is demanding me extra money for additional warranty now.
They just want to increase their sales. 0 service.
My sisters are lawyers. I AM planning to draft and send a legal notice to the store.
Also I will be Complaining to HP regarding their fraud tactics being used by them to increase sales.
