One of the worst service by hp store i ever experienced.
The employees of this store only cooperates to New Customers n not supportive to exiting customer.
Never by any thing from this store.
Employees are not polite,arrogant and not cooperative .
I will suggest not to buy they will sell u product but during service time they will not give service.

No guidance provided with respect to the laptop we wished to purchase, we were not informed about the problems like Windows 10 was not working well with harddisk and is making it terribly slow and now are trying to convince us to buy SSD to increase the speed n performance. No transparency maintained about the product.

I complained they said it will fine in few hours but then after giving also they took 18 hrs... now again after getting back it's not working and they refuse to give after service
