★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very very very bad more then that i cant say anything thay gave me a defective laptop from when i have purchased till now means within 8 month my laptop keyboard is not working web cam not working and in display key impression came and now i m speechless i will never give suggestions to any one to buy hp laptop and from Avani also you cam buy dell or lenevo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 27th of July 2020 I purchased HP laptop By visiting HP World, staff behavior is good, He is very helpful, Few things only disappoint me after buying this product HP Laptop - 14s-cf3028tu is,
1.They charge me extra 500 rs for paying with Debit card, So for 45,000rs i paid 45,500rs (well they give me option to pay online banking though).
2. This laptop model Keyboard don't have back light on it which I did not noticed at the time of purchase as i am not too much aware of laptops.
3. Also Key board word colors should be little more darker, as small signs like symbols keys are getting hard to find, in mall bright light i did not able understand it, hence its my fault.
4. Due to corona not very good stock available, they should have more models & more display of different kind of price.
Rest in other thing with battery back up , performance & service of this product is till now very good, don't know what happen later.
5.This 14inch laptops don't have numpad, i thought thats fine as the yare very handy, but working without numpad on keypad making my work little delayed, as we rae not habituated with it, hence i will suggest dont buy laptop with out numpad. Its not store fault , i have make the choice to buy it, hence i have to live with it now i fill ,as i cant return it & buy a better one now. :(
6. They have provided me a Laptop Bag though (which included in price) , but should have more offer like Mouse & other accessories combo offer , which online store of Hp have already till now.
Rest everything is good experience ,you can buy from Hp world, Sales person is very good, he is very helpful.
Soon i will buy one more laptop , but will keep this things on mind though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are very professional but friendly. They give service after sales also. Sales person named soumendra pick up my call every time when I need. And solve the issue or guided me how to solve. I buy from here ho envy 13 x360. Laptop also good. Before 2 years back I puchased a dell laptop from 3rd floor relience digital. After sales they are not pick up my calls. And suggest me to go service centre or call toll free. All service centres are in chandni chawk. In lockdown not possible for me to go chandni. And I don't have enough time to call at all time at toll free. This time I purchased from this store and I 100% satisfied with HP world service support system. And price is also fixed for all. No cheating. Because every store I saw that if you burgain then they reduce the price. But Hp world give 1st time best price for all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purhased laptop "HP ENVY 15 15-EP0143TX" from here.
1- 1st i visit HP WORLD AVANI MALL, as per my requirement they suggest me this laptop.
2. For my quary about product and price i go to relience digital. They suggest me ANOTHER GAMING LAPTOP. and i agree to purchse because price is lower than that model. But they want to charged me for recovery office setup. And i didnot agree cancel the billing process.
3. Then againg i visit HP WORLD and ask for the price of relience digital suggested model. And i shocked, same model price is rs.3000 lower here, and all recovery office activations are free.no hidden charges.
4. HP WORLD Sales person named soumendra ask about my work in laptop agaiin. And tell me the diffrence between two laptops in written.
5. And after all that i purchased HP ENVY 15. because the relience digital guy did not tell me about batterry backup of gaming laptop, display nits. And i am a professional creter so that i need a professional laptop not a gaming laptop. Soumendra is telling all the diffrent and suggest. And i purchased from HP WORLD AVANI MALL.
6. And after sales support also very good. Because if you spend money and after that they forgive you that is very pathatic. After purchase i called many times for my quary about small small things. Soumendra received my call every time and solve my quary.
7. MOST IMPORTENT THING IS IF I BUY FROM RELIENCE DIGITAL I HAVE TO GO SERVICE CENTRE AS THEY TOLD. AND THEY MISSGUDED ME ABOUT WARRANTY. I BUY FROM HP WORLD AVANI MALL THEY SAID IF ANY PROBLEM I FACED I VISIT FOR SERVICE IN THIS HP WORLD. IN THIS PANDAMIC COVID SITUATION THIS TYPE ADTER SALES SUPPORT IS VERY VERY IMPORTRNT..
8. So if you buy anything please buy from their authorised store.
9. My laptop is working fine smooth. My colliuge purchased from relience digital 2 years back for adter sales support he have to go service centre at chandni chawk.
10. After this purchase i recommended many people for this showroom and no complaint from thiir site.
11. Most importent thing is right guidence is very importent. HP WORLD AVANI MALL always give me right guidence.
