★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bab experience. On 02/08/2018 I have faced some issues with my laptop. I though it was an authorized service center and I went to this shop.
They took my laptop and asked me to come next day.
On next day they done something with my laptop and just told me to pay 1900 rs without even giving me a Bill. I asked them to give me a valid bill which showing the rate and name of part which they have changed. First they resist to give any bill and after so much of arguments and talking the given me a hand written paper showing that they have changed my AMD Radeon (2 GB) graphics card and BIOS. Is it possible to get graphics card and BIOS for 1900? Never, they haven't changed anything and charged me 1900.
Never go to this shop.
1) They are not Authorised HP Service center.
2) They will fool you by charging without doing anything.
3) They doesn't give any bill
4)They doesn't even known how to behave to a customer
Very bad experience.

We've visited today to buy the laptop but there was very non-cooperative response and behaviour they judge that we are like poor family as per our clothes,then we ask for the PC deatils but they didn't response positive and even don't open for the demo.
Plz don't judge the customers by their clothes we are also humans as you so plz understand the customers feelings.
