★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience..they doesn't have sufficient collection..the staff is inexperienced..does not deliver orders..I ordered a 150 Watt charger for my 'hp OMEN' laptop.. they told me that they will provide me the charger and call me ..but they never call me and when I call them they did not receive the phone Even for 1 time ..very bad experience...

I went there for Hp 15s laptop but after reaching there they said it's out of stock and there are very few new laptop available because mostly there is second hand laptop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst service i have ever seen.6 month ago , i give them my del laptop firsttime after warrenty period to identify the problem_they dont do repearing themself ,they send it to kolkata also take a 250 rs charge but they are unable to repair.
now when i give my laptop to a reputated shop in kolkata to repair they told me with proof that one chip is missing in the board what is very essential and rare component of del and i cant get it from open market.and i know i give laptop only this shop but i have not check it in the time of return ,if i objection now they can clearly deny.
so dear give ur laptop to the reputated and well known shop.
