★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are not authorised by HP for laptop repairs.They do repairs from some other vendors.Also the service is worst and costly.After repairs they will say we do not guarantee the repair. The lady at counter will tell they are authorised dont believe her.

I write this review after coming from HP WORLD(GOOD WILL) near Big Bazaar,Pimpri. Whatever I write, everything is after my experience. I gave my laptop to HP World (Good Will) for repairing. My laptop's display was not turning ON but the laptop was ON.Before taking laptopi saw them full outer body of my laptop as there was no break in it. After 3 days he called me and told me that my laptop display IC is missing and have to order from outside which cost is Rs 3,500. I was ready to order.I had searched in Google about display IC but i found that was not an IC, that was 5 leg transistor.I talked with him again about this but he said that in laptop only IC is used, transistor is not used in whole laptop. He said in 5 days that the motherboard of my laptop will have to be changed. Finally he could not fix my laptop. Then to get my laptop, i back in 6 days to his shop.1st he asked me to pay 400 distinguish charge. He could not even tell me the root cause of my problem. Still they took 400 without doing anything. When I checked my laptop, I saw that the front outer body of my laptop was completely broken near the hinges. They said that all this has already happened. He totally didn't agreed that he did break. I also asked him to check the CCTV camera.But he didn't even see me to check the CCTV camera. And there is a madam, her behavior is so very bad. They have to learn how to behave with someone.
This was all my experience. Also I read all the reviews before going to HP World (Good Will) still I went there and everything was happened same with me as per reviews.
So i request you all please don't go there to repair your laptop and avoid loss of Rs 400. They haven't any knowledge how to repair laptop.They cheat to customer. So be careful .
Please directly go to authorised HP service center.
Then i went to authorised service centre, and in authorised service centre the Engineers solve my issues within 1 day.
So i request you all please don't waste your money by go to HP world (Good Will) near Big Bazaar, Pimpri.
Go directly authorised service centre.
I hope you will understand my concern.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible store with super arrogant staff. I went there to look for USB headphones. As soon as I entered the store, I clearly communicated what I was looking for. Then, 1 staff member took me to another counter inside where there were some headphones kept. I picked up 1 box & I looked and enquired with the staff to confirm if it was really having a USB interface, coz the headphone box showed a dual 3.5mm to single connection adapter type interface. To my disappointment, they were not even ready to hear what I'm asking. They were just busy ( really?) with their own stuff. Then I waited a few moments in the hope that someone would turn the attention to me and address my query. Further to my more disappointment, no one listened and I had to go back to the main counter at the entrance where I was shocked further. There was a random guy sitting there (i dont know who he was) doing some chip soldering/repairing stuff. He right away started talking to me in a rude tone, asking me what I really wanted, as if I'm dumb and I didn't convey my requirement clearly !! Very very disappointing that such arrogant and rude staff works here who doesn't even know the basics of how to talk with a customer and how not to hurt customer's dignity ! I strongly recommend to avoid this store. There are plenty of HP stores elsewhere in the city. Go choose them. At least, if you don't have the product, have the courtesy to respect the customer.
