★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i Had bought a HP Laptop from the Kandivali store In 2021.I sent him Photos of the screen and seeing the defect on WhatsApp he suggested I bring the laptop for checking proper software Updating. Even after software updates, the problem remained. I sent him one final screenshot and Within 2 Days he immediately replaced the whole parts without any further delay.
Mr Satish was very communicative through WhatsApp during this process and used to ask about the problem on his own. He never disowned the issue and took full responsibility till the issue was resolved.
Great customer service !!!
